NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 12th March, 2010, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 1640, in Volume DI, Folio 34/546, File No. MMXII, by our client, Mary Wambui Mungai, of P.O. Box 424–00506, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Mary Wambui Maina, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Mary Wambui Maina, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Mary Wambui Mungai, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Mary Wambui Mungai only.
