NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 24th January, 2012, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 923, in Volume DI, Folio 30/478, File No. MMXII, by our client, Shelmith Wangui Njoki, of P.O. Box 701–00100, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Shelmith Wangui Maina, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Shelmith Wangui Maina, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Shelmith Wangui Njoki, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Shelmith Wangui Njoki only.
