NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 20th January, 2012, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 2169, in Volume D1 Folio 45/718, File No. MMXII, by our client, Karimi Muriuki, of P.O. Box 61933–00200, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Julia Karimi Muriuki, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former names Julia Karimi Muriuki, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Karimi Muriuki, for all purposes and authorize and request all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Karimi Muriuki only.
