THE MEDIA COUNCIL OF KENYA ACT

DECLARATION

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 7 (2) of the Media Council of Kenya Act, the Cabinet Secretary for Information, Communications and Technology declares vacancies in the positions of chairperson and members of the Media Council of Kenya and invite applications from suitably qualified persons for the position of chairperson and members of the Media Council of Kenya. The applications shall be forwarded to the Selection Panel pursuant to section 7 (2) of the Act, within seven (7) days of this notice. Dated the 13th January, 2014.
