APPOINTMENT

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 31 (3) of the Accountants Act, the Cabinet Secretary for the National Treasury appoints— JONATHAN CIANO to be the Chairman of the Disciplinary Committee of the Council of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Kenya, for a period of three (3) years, with effect from the 30th December, 2013.
