APPOINTMENT

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 31 (3) of the Accountants Act, 2008, the Cabinet Secretary for the National Treasury appoints: Under paragraph (a)— Jonathan Ciano, Charity Muya, John Mudany, Eric Odongo; Under paragraph (b)— Hannah Wendot Cheptumo, Under paragraph (c)— Scolastica Mbilo, Under paragraph (d)— Susan Mudhune, to be members of the Disciplinary Committee of the Council of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Kenya, for a period of three (3) years, with effect from the 30th December, 2013.
