IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by regulations 68 (1) (a) and (b) of the Public Procurement and Disposal Regulations, 2006, the Cabinet Secretary for National Treasury appoints: Under paragraph (a)— Josephine Wambua Mong’are (Mrs.), Gilda Odera (Mrs.), Rosemary Kinanu Gituma (Mrs.), Paul Ngotho, Hussein Were, Weche R. Okubo (Eng.); Under paragraph (b)— Paul Gicheru, Peter Bita Ondieki, Nelson Orgut, to be members of the Public Procurement Administrative Review Board, for a period of three (3) years, with effect from the 3rd October, 2013.
