GAZETTE NOTICE NO. 269

WHEREAS Patrick Mwangi Wathiga, of P.O. Box 45, Gakindu in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of that piece of land known as Muhito/Mbiuini/186, situate in the district of Nyeri, and whereas the High Court of Kenya at Embu in succession cause number No. 342 of 2005 has ordered that the said piece of land be transferred to (1) Jane Wanjiku Mwangi and (2) Fredrick Wathiga Mwangi, of P.O. Box 45, Gakindu and whereas the registere proprietor has refused to surrender the said title deed issued in respect of the said piece of land to the registrar have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the said instrument of transfer and issue land title deed to the said (1) Jane Wanjiku Mwangi and (2) Fredrick Wathiga Mwangi, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Patrick Mwangi Wathiga, shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
