That the objectors to accept a refund on the money being given by the Claimant owing to the fact that the amount they paid during the auction would have now doubled. 2. To support his case, the Claimant complained of fraud over the processing of power of attorney documents therefore the Criminal Investigation Officer is requested to investigate the matter.
