Notice is given that by a deed poll dated 18th October, 2013 duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as presentation no.2286, in volume D 1, Folio 358/ 4334, file no. MMXIII, by our client Haggai Odee James, of P.O Box 34360-00200, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya formerly known as Mukove Musee, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Mukove Musee and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Haggai Odee James, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Haggai Odee James only.
