IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 55 (3) (a), (b), (c), (f), (g), (h), (i), and (j) of the Universities Act, 2012, the Cabinet Secretary, Ministry of Education, Science and Technology appoints— David Musyimi Ndetei (Prof.)—(Chairman), The Secretary of the Commission for University Education, The Chief Executive of the Higher Education Loans Board, Mabel Imbuga (Prof.), George Magoha (Prof.), Miriam Mwita (Prof.), Noah Midamba (Prof.), Edwin Tarno, Calist Gitobu (Mrs.), The Principal Secretary in the Ministry responsible for Higher Education, The Principal Secretary in the Ministry responsible for Finance, to be members of the Kenya Universities and Colleges Central Placement Service Board, with effect from 27th January, 2014, for a period of four (4) years.
