Karen Mosoti & Co., advocates of Nairobi, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Esmail Lalji Nurani, late of Eldoret, who died there on 6th January, 1970. CAUSE NO. 2033 OF 2013 By (1) Joseph S. Muriu and (2) William S. Mwangi, both of P.O. Box 43460–00100, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, through Messrs. C. N. Kihara & Co., advocates of Nairobi, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Stephen Nduati Mucue, late of Githumu, who died at Kioru, Githumu, on 26th May, 2003.
