TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 385 OF 2013 By (1) Martha M. Lewa and (2) Lilian Tsuma, both of P.O. Box 827, Kilifi, the deceased’s widow and daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Lewa Caxton Tsuma, who died at Mnarani, on 16th September, 2009. CAUSE NO. 401 OF 2013 By Japhet Sarrow Ngowa, the deceased’s son, for a grant of probate to the estate of Stephen Saro Duli, who died at Coast Provincial General Hospital in Kenya, on 17th July, 1983. CAUSE NO. 435 OF 2013 By (1) Mbeyu Mwatela and (2) Joseph Ziro Mwatela, of P.O. Box 1223, Kilifi, the deceased’s widow and son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Francis Mwatela Kalama, who died at Kilifi District Hospital, on 21st October, 2006. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
