TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 305 OF 2013 By (1) Zainul Abidin Mansoor and (2) Ali Mohamed Mansooor, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mansoor Mohamed Hussein, who died at Mombasa Hospital in Kenya, on 29th December, 2012. CAUSE NO. 414 OF 2013 By (1) Masika Leba Gogo and (2) Shadrack Muranga Banja, both of P.O. Box 40311, Mombasa in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and brother, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Leba Gogo Kanyoe, who died at Mombasa Hospital, on 10th May, 2009. CAUSE NO. 416 OF 2013 By (1) Beatrice Anyango Aduda Schmid, of P.O. Box 83881, Mombasa in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Siegfried Schmid, who died at Eggenfelden, Germany, on 20th May, 2012. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
