TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 689 OF 2011 By Aloys Aguko Anuayi, the deceased’s uncle, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Maurice Oruko Oswani alias Moris Oruko Oswani, who died on 2nd July, 2000. CAUSE NO. 409 OF 2013 By Blastus Robert Obiero, of P.O.Box 605, Kisumu in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Johana Apondo Okelo, who died at Bar ‘A’Sub-location, on 10th July, 1986. CAUSE NO. 472 OF 2013 By (1) Lydia Awino Otieno and (2) Moses Ngeso Odidi, the deceased’s sister in-law and brother, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Thomas Sedho Odidi, who died at Obumba, on 3rd June, 2007. CAUSE NO. 1143 OF 2013 By Mildred Auma Onyango, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ishmael Onyango Lancellot, who died on 19th January, 1998. CAUSE NO. 1147 OF 2013 By Rossa Kemunto Odongo, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Gabriel Odongo Watula, who died on 20th October, 1995. CAUSE NO. 1279 OF 2013 By Peter Otieno Ayugi, of P.O Box 49, Kandiege in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Emanuel Ayugi Ayugi, who died on 13th June, 2013.
