Box 68, Kiamutugu in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Njagi Ngiri, who died at Kerugoya, on 16th June, 1974. CAUSE NO. 126 OF 2013 By Jockdbed Muthoni Kiboi, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Vincent Kiboi Gathua, who died at Nairobi, on 22nd February, 2001. CAUSE NO. 8 OF 2014 By Cecilia Muthoni Mucugu, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Njiru Mucugu alias John Njiru Muchungu, who died at Embu Hospital in Kenya, on 16th June, 2008. CAUSE NO. 9 OF 2014 By Leah Muthoni Njeru, of P.O. Box 3–60100, Embu in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Peter Njeru Kariuki, who died at Kenyatta National Hospital in Kenya, on 23rd July, 1993. CAUSE NO. 15 OF 2014 By (1) Susan Njoki Mwangi and (2) Lydia Thaara Gerevasio, both of P.O. Box 813–60100, Embu in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Peter Nyaga Mbogo, who died at Kenyatta National Hospital in Kenya, on 11th November, 2012. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
