TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 489 OF 2013 By Imelda Atalala Wambalaba, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Simiyu Wambalaba, who died at Texas Cancer Centre, on 9th May, 2012. CAUSE NO. 511 OF 2013 By (1) Nelson S. Wanyonyi and (2) Maurice S. Wanyonyi, both of P.O. Box 235, Misikhu in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Musa Wanyonyi Joel, who died at Kakamega Hospital in Kenya, on 15th September, 1989. CAUSE NO. 2 OF 2014 By Donald Wanjala Saleh, the deceased’s administrator, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Sale Tumaka, who died at Sanandiki, Bungoma County, on 10th November, 1998. CAUSE NO. 4 OF 2014 By Benard Ngichabe Wafula, the deceased’s administrator, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Hudson Murunga Chebukati, who died at Makhonge, on 20th September, 1982. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
