TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 135 OF 2013 By Nzingo Charo Thethe and (2) Tuva Jali Karisa, both of P.O. Box 115, Gede in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Karisa Mjema Kazungu Tsimba alias Karisa Kazungu Tsimba, who died at Malindi Hospital in Kenya, on 9th November, 2007. THE KENYA GAZETTE 31st January, 2014 CAUSE NO. 137 OF 2013 By Grasso Gaetano, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mario Carlo Rinaldi, who died at Laigueglia, Italy, on 31st October 2008. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
