TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 18 OF 2014 By James Karanja Kioi, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kiyoi Karanja, who died at Gatundu, on 12th April, 2007. CAUSE NO. 35 OF 2014 By Pricillah Njoki Gitau, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Gitau Karanja, who died at Kiunyu, on 24th December, 2003. CAUSE NO. 36 OF 2014 By Peter Maundu Muli, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Annah Nzula Muli alias Hannah Nzula Muli, who died at Mananja, Machakos, on 14th January, 1989. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
