CAUSE NO. 786 OF 2013 By Joseph Njau Ndung’u, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ndung’u Gachigua alias Peter Ndung’u Gachigua, who died at Mukarara, on 5th August, 2005. CAUSE NO. 805 OF 2013 By (1) Leah Mukenyi Njoroge and (2) Isaack Gachucha, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Michael Njoroge Gachucha alias Njoroge Gachuga, who died at Kenyatta National Hospital, on 6th September, 2013. CAUSE NO. 819 OF 2013 By (1) Samwel Kirubi Gikuma and (2) Julius Mwangi Kirubi, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Hanna Wacu Kurubi, who died at Kenyatta National Hospital in Kenya, on 24th May, 2013.
