TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: THE KENYA GAZETTE 31st January, 2014 CAUSE NO. 11 OF 2014 By (1) Serah Wanjiku Kiniu and (2) Mary Wairimu Kimani, both of P.O. Box 858, Karuri in Kenya, the deceased’s sisters, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Samuel Boro Wangunyu, who died at Kiambu, on 5th September, 2004. CAUSE NO. 14 OF 2014 By (1) John Kariri Muniu and (2) Peter Muturi Muniu, both of P.O. Box 78, Karuri in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Esther Wanjiru Muniu, who died at Kiambu Town, on 15th August, 2009. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
