CAUSE NO. 100 OF 2013 By Risper Atieno Omolo, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Charles Ongoro, who died at Good Hope Location, on 11th August, 1974. CAUSE NO. 1 OF 2014 By Sospeter John Agwa, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Agwa Owiti, who died at Kwa Location, on 25th February, 2014. CAUSE NO. 6 OF 2014 By Chris Daniel B. Okello, of P.O. Box 830, Suna, Migori in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joel Opado Saroni, who died at Kawere Sub-location, on 14th November, 1981. CAUSE NO. 8 OF 2014 By Nyairabu Matiko Merengo, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Matiko Merengo Sara, who died at Bugumbe West, on 23rd June, 1997. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
