TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 1 OF 2014 By (1) Alex M. Munyalo and (2) Patricia Mwambui, the deceased’s son and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Munyalo Musembi, who died at Kitui. CAUSE NO. 5 OF 2014 By Teresia Kalumu Kalungu, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Stephen Kalungu Kauva, who died at Kitui, on 27th March, 1994. CAUSE NO. 6 OF 2014 By (1) Kakwa Kavii and (2) Josphinah Kavii, the deceased’s widows, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kavii Muoki Wambua, who died at Kitui, on 3rd January, 2000. CAUSE NO. 7 OF 2014 By Cecilia Nzambi Sumaili, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Sumaili Mulinga, who died at Jordan Hospital in Kenya, on 1st November, 2000. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
