TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 207 OF 2013 By (1) Nahason Ireri Mwaniki and (2) Polyne Ceiya Mwangi, the deceased’s son and widow, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mwaniki Kariuki, who died at Makengi Sub-lication, on 19th November, 1993. CAUSE NO. 208 OF 2013 By Nahashon Ireri Mwaniki, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mwaniki Kariuki, who died at Makengi Sub-location, on 20th August, 2005. CAUSE NO. 6 OF 2014 By Peter Ndwiga Kanyue, of P.O. Box 642, Embu, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Bramwell Kanyue Munyi, late of Embu District, who died at Kenyatta Hospital, on 5th January, 2004. CAUSE NO. 7 OF 2014 By Bibian Gichuku Kagime, of P.O. Box 96, Karurumo, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Damian Kathanga Kagime, late of Embu District, who died at Nairobi West Hospital, on 16th Setember, 2012. CAUSE NO. 8 OF 2014 By Jeneti Ndia Joel, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Peter Nyaga Kaboreria alias Kababi Kamochere, who died at District Hospital, Runyenjes in Kenya, on 22nd May, 2008. CAUSE NO. 9 OF 2014 By John Njiru Peter, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Peter Nyaga Kaboreria, who died at Chogoria Hospital in Kenya, on 7th June, 1997. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
