Box 93, Karatina in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Peter Mathenge Muriuki, who died at Jamii Hospital in Kenya, on 25th July, 2009. CAUSE NO. 76 OF 2013 By (1) Gladys Wairimu Wandeto and (2) Daniel Muriuki Wandeto, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Wandeto Muriuki, who died at Chehe Sub-location, on 22nd February, 2012. CAUSE NO. 77 OF 2013 By Eustace Kinyua Macharia, of P.O. Box 98, Karatina in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Rose Wanja Macharia, who died at District Hospital, Karatina in Kenya, on 3rd May, 2013. CAUSE NO. 78 OF 2013 By Teresa Wanjiku Mukumbu, of P.O. Box 81, Karatina in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Muthuo Mugo alias Muthuo s/o Mugo, who died at Gacuku Sub-location, on 27th May, 1998. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
