TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 34 OF 2013 By Kahonzi Mwambogo Gona, of P.O. Box 29, Kilifi, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Charo Mwanyale Baya, who died on 7th May, 2009. CAUSE NO. 61 OF 2013 By (1) Kavumbi Nyevu Kilangu and (2) Nyevu Kilango Charo, the deceased’s widows, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kilango Charo Chula, who died at Kayafungo, Kaloleni, on 25th July, 1998. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
