Box 119, Naitiri in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Peter Mulevia Sikochi, who died at Mumboga, Karima Sub-location, on 13th November, 2010. CAUSE NO. 395 OF 2013 By Dismas Makhanu Namasake, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Lazaro Wabwile Namasake, who died at East Bukusu, on 5th February, 1976. CAUSE NO. 9 OF 2014 By (1) Loice Nanyama Watila and (2) Noreen Kusimba Keter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mary Musunguti Kobochei, who died at Kabuchai, on 30th November, 1997. CAUSE NO. 23 OF 2014 By (1) Everlyne Nafula Mulimangila and (2) Shadrack Barasa Maparo, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Rem Mulimangila Wandela, who died at Kabula Location, on 30th March, 2004. CAUSE NO. 25 OF 2014 By James Wesonga Okute, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Humphrey Wafula Okute, who died at Nala Hospital, on 27th May, 2013. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
