THE PUBLIC FINANCE MANAGEMENT (UWEZO FUND) REGULATIONS

APPOINTMENT

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 5 (2) (b), (c), (d), (e) and (f) of the Public Finance Management (Uwezo Fund) Regulations, 2014, the Cabinet Secretary, Ministry of Devolution and Planning, appoints— Under section 5 (2) (b)— Principal Secretary, Ministry of Devolution and Planning, State Department of Planning; Under section 5 (2) (c)— Principal Secretary, the National Treasury; Under section 5 (2) (d)— Jumali Abdirahim Yussuf, representing the youth; Catherine Kimare Mootian, representing the youth; Under section 5 (2) (e)— Caren Wakoli, representing women; Under section 5 (2) (f)— James K. Ndwiga, representing persons with disability; to be members of the Uwezo Fund Oversight Board, for a period of three (3) years, with effect from 1st March, 2014. Dated the 21st February, 2014.
