IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 11 (4) of the Certified Public Secretaries Act, and paragraph 2 (1) of the Third Schedule to the Act, the Cabinet Secretary for the National Treasury appoints— DORIS MURIMI to be the Vice-Chairman of the Registration of Certified Public Secretaries Board for a period of three (3) years, with effect from the 1st January, 2014.
