THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Walter Odhiambo, of P.O. Box 339, Ukunda in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of that piece of land situate in the district of Kwale, registered under title No. Kwale/Ukunda/4921, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the green card issued thereof has been lost, and whereas all efforts made to locate it have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided that no objection has been received within that period, I intend to open a new land register and upon such opening the said missing green card shall be deemed to be of no effect.
