THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Wilson Waithaka Gitau, of P.O. Box 369, Ruiru in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor for an estate in fee simple of all that piece of land known as L.R. No. 7418/13, situate in the north east of Ruiru Town in the district of Kiambu, registered as I.R. 51071/1 and whereas Wilson Waithaka Gitau has executed an instrument of transfer in favour of Kamahuha Limited, and whereas the title deed issued earlier has been declared not available for registration through filling of an affidavit as per the said Act, notice is given that after the expiration of fourteen (14) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of the said instrument of transfer.
