REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Jeremiah Njuguna (ID/3551847/66), is registered as proprietor of that piece of land containing 3.021 hectares or thereabout, known as Gilgil/Karunga Block 3/113 (Shoka Farm), situate in the district of Naivasha, and whereas the chief magistrate’s court at Nakuru CMCC No. 358 of 2008 has issued a decree declaring Samuel Kinuthia Ngaruiya (ID/1122237), as the legal owner of that parcel of land measuring one acre or thereabouts out of plot No. Gilgil/Karunga Block 3/113 (Shoka Farm), notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, the title deed issued to the said Jeremiah Njuguna, shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
