NOTICE is given pursuant to section 6 and 7 of uncollected goods (Cap. 38) of the laws of Kenya to Tigwoods Auctioneers to collect their goods stored under card No. 6265, to Bealine Auctioneers to collect their goods under card No. 6422 and 6606, Chador Auctioneers to collect their goods stored under card No.6507,Nguru Auctioneers to collect their goods under Card No. 6461, Bigstep Auctioneers to collect their goods under Card No. 6526, Purple Royal Auctioneers to collect their goods under Card No. 6621 and 6645, Muhatia Pala Auctioneers to collect their goods under card no.6373,Ideal Auctioneers to collect their motor vehicle under card no.401 KYP 712 (Nissan Datsun Pick-up),fantasy auctioneers to collect their goods under card No. 5837 Kiriiyu Merchants Auctioneers to collect their goods under 6560, Carebase Investment Auctioneers to collect their vehicle under card No. 5470 (KAP 516G) all lying uncollected at the premise of Pangani Auction Centre along Murang’a Road opposite Guru Nanak Hospital Nairobi. Further notice is given that unless the goods are collected within thirty days (30) from the date of publication of this notice and upon payment to Pangani Auction Centre storage charges and any other incidental cost including the cost of publishing this notice, the same shall be disposed by way of public auctionor private treaty without any further notice.
