APPOINTMENT

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by sections 66 and 67 of the Civil Aviation Act, 2013, the Judicial Service Commission appoints— Valentine Khaminwa, Hassan Issack Hache, John Ekale Aruma, John Kiplagat Kiili, as members of the National Civil Aviation Administrative Review Tribunal, for a term of three (3) years, with effect from the 10th January, 2024.
