REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) Faridah Salim Awadh Damnani and (2) Nur Salim Awadh Mohamed Damnani, both of P.O. Box 86330–80100, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, are registered as proprietors in freehold of all that piece of land containing 5.7 acres or thereabout, known as Plot No. 55/III/MN, situate in Mtwapa in Kilifi District, registered as C.R. 4379, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land certificate of title issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a new provisional certificate of title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
