WHEREAS Beth Nyambura Mutugi (ID/4828897), is the registered proprietor of all that piece of situate in the district of Kiambu, registered under title No. Thika Municipality Block 38/61, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the certificate of lease of the said piece of land is missing, and whereas all efforts made to locate the said certificate of lease have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I intend to issue another certificate of lease provided that no objection has been received within that period.
