REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Emmanuel Mzaza Mwazighe, as administrator of the estate of Laurent Mwazige Lenjo, of P.O. Box 86367–80100, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, is registered proprietor in absolute leasehold interest of all that piece of land known as 1043/III/37, situate in Mazeras Township in Kilifi District, registered as C.R. 15953, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the deed file register in respect of the title has been lost or destroyed, and whereas the owner has executed a deed of indemnity in favour of the Government, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, provide that no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to proceed with the registration of the said instrument of indemnity and reconstruct the deed file register under the provisions of section 33 (5).
