REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Aziza Hussein Begmohamed, of P.O. Box 1648– 80100, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in freehold interest of all that piece of land known as 17649/I/MN, situate within Mombasa Municipality in the County of Mombasa, registered as C.R. 52766/1, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show the deed file register in respect of the title is lost or destroyed, and whereas the the owner has executed a deed of indemnity in favour of the Government, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, provided that no objection has been received within that period, I intend to proceed with the registration of the said instrument of indemnity and reconstruct the deed file under the provisions of section 33 (5) of the Act.
