THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Moses Tibi Gachuhi (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all those pieces of land containing 0.405, 1.01 and 2.8 hectares or thereabout, known as Nyandarua/Ol Joro Orok Salient/5089, 5091 and 5092, respectively, and whereas the High Court of Kenya at Nairobi in Succession Cause No. 2868 of 2013, has issued letters of administration to (1) Jane Ngonyo Tibi (ID/2944036), (2) Tito Tuni Gachuhi Tibi (ID/30376018) and (3) James Githura Gachuhi (ID/0728245), and whereas the said land title deed issued earlier to the said Moses Tibi Gachuhi (deceased) has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the proceed with the registration of the said instrument of L.R.A. 39 and L.R.A. 42, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Moses Tibi Gachuhi (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
