REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Chepkwony arap Maina (deceased), is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of all that piece of land known as Kericho/Kapkatet/154, situate in the district of Kericho, and whereas the High Court of Kenya at Kericho in Succession Cause No. 79 of 2019, has issued grant of letters of administration and certificate of confirmation of grant in favour of (1) Elijah Kipkirui Chepkwony and (2) Joshua Kipkemoi Chepkwony, and whereas the said land title deed issued earlier to the said Chepkwony arap Maina (deceased) has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the proceed with the registration of the said instrument of L.R.A. 39 and L.R.A. 42, and issue land title deed to the said (1) Elijah Kipkirui Chepkwony and (2) Joshua Kipkemoi Chepkwony, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Chepkwony arap Maina (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
