GAZETTE NOTICE NO. 537

WHEREAS Burine Riria (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land known as Mwimbi/Kiraro/22, situate in the district of Maara, and whereas in the Chief Magistrate’s Court at Chuka in Succession Cause No. E156 of 2022, has issued grant of letters of administration and certificate of grant of grant in favour of Justus Riungu, and whereas the said Justus Riungu has executed land application to be registered as personal representative as executor/administrator (LRA. 39), and whereas the land title deed in respect of Burine Riria (deceased) is lost, and whereas all efforts made to recover the land title deed and be surrendered to the land registrar for cancellation have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of 19th January, 2024 THE KENYA GAZETTE thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of the said application to be registered as personal representative as executor/administrator L.R.A. 39 in the name of Justus Riungu, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Burine Riria (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
