IN THE MATTER OF INSOLVENCY CAUSE NO. 24 OF 2017 IN THE MATTER OF SMALL AND MEDIUM ENTREPRENEURIAL RESOURCE CENTRE LIMITED (IN LIQUIDATION) t/a VENTURE CAPITAL FOR AFRICA APPOINTMENT OF LIQUIDATOR (Section 399) I, Tom Mungai Ouma, c/o of Nairobi Forensics LLP, of P.O. Box 3672–00506, Nairobi, give notice that I was appointed as liquidator of the Small and Medium Entrepreneurial Resource Centre Limited (In Liquidation) previously under administration, following a resolution of the meeting of creditors of the company passed on the 1st September, 2023, and filed in Court in the administrator’s report dated the 15th September, 2023. Liquidation Order made on the 24th October, 2023. Creditors’ of the company are required on or before the 28th January, 2024, to submit the claims they may have against the company to the undersigned, personally or through their advocates via filing ‘Proof of debt’ (Form No. 5) via email; liquidator@forensicsnbi.com.
