NOTICE is given pursuant to the provisions of the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act (Cap 38) laws of Kenya to Murphy Merchants Auctioneers and/or any other person claiming ownership or any other interest whatsoever to collect from in our Changamwe Storage Yard the goods indicated in the Schedule below, upon payment of all outstanding rent arrears, charges and other incidental costs within thirty (30) days from the date of publication hereof, failure to pay and collect the subject goods before the expiry of this notice, the said goods shall be sold through public auction and/or disposed off in any other way without any further notice whatsoever. SCHEDULE 32 chairs, 46 high stools, 26 couches, 6 round tables, 10 square tables, 1 meat cutter, 1 chips fryer, 3 working tables, 1 oven, 2 deep freezers, 2 microwaves, 1 industrial gas cooker, 4 tvs, 9 speakers, 1 mixer, 1 wall fan, 1 coffee maker, 1 amplifier, 2 30kg gas cylinder, 1 desktop computer.
