NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 17th January, 2024, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 676, in Volume DI, Folio 388/3825, File No. MMXXIV, by our client, Joel Charles Onsongo, of P.O. Box 59961– 00200, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Joel Onsongo Omariba, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Joel Onsongo Omariba, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Joel Charles Onsongo, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Joel Charles Onsongo only.
