NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated the 5th January, 2023, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 503 in Volume D1, Folio 4/35, File No. MMXXIV, by our client, Pasiliza Ilusa Ikambili, of P.O. Box 21 Kakamega in the Republic of Kenya formerly known as Basilisa Ikambili formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Basilisa Ikambili and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name, Pasiliza Ilusa Ikambili for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name, Pasiliza Ilusa Ikambili only.
