NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated the 4th January, 2024, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Mombasa as Presentation No. 232, in Volume B-13, Folio 2326/20062, File No. 1637, by our client, Nuru Ahmed Ubwa (guardian), on behalf of Sultan Himidi Juma Himidi (minor), formerly known as Sultan Himid Juma Himid, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Sultan Himid Juma Himid, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Sultan Himidi Juma Himidi, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Sultan Himidi Juma Himidi only.
