IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 6 (1) (k) (i) of the Biosafety Act, the Cabinet Secretary for Agriculture and Livestock Development appoints— ARCHIBALD MUNYI KITHAKA to be a member of the Board of Directors of the National Biosafety Authority, for a period of three (3) years, with effect from the 26th January, 2024.
