THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) Linus Ogudo Ogweno and (2) Christine Awino Ojwang, both of P.O. Box 53154, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, are registered proprietor in absolute ownership interest of all that piece of land situate in the district of Kisumu, registered under certificate of lease No. Kisumu/Konya/7297, and whereas the land register is lost or destroyed and efforts made to locate the said land register have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, the land register shall be reconstructed provided that no objection has been received within that period.
