THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

(No. 3 of 2012)

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Vitendo Welfare Self Help Group, is registered as proprietor of all those pieces of land known as Gilgil/Gilgil Block 1/32752, 32753, 32754 and 32755, situate in the district of Gilgil, and whereas the land title deeds were collected by Susan Muchai under unclear cercumstances, and whereas the office has summoned all the concerned parties and conducted the necessary hearing thereof, and whereas the said sufficient evidence has been educed by Vitendo Welfare Self Help Group that the land belongs to them, and whereas all all efforts made to recover the land title deeds collected by Susan Muchai and be surrendered to the land registrar for cancellation have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I shall issue a new land title deed to Vitendo Welfare Self Help Group.
