THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Simeon Mingeyi Gondi (deceased), of P.O. Box 11, Kadongo in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land known as E. Kasipul/Kokwanyo/1105, situate in the district of Rachuonyo East, and whereas in the Senior Principal Magistrate’s Court at Oyugis in Succession Cause No. 249 of 2023, has issued grant in favour of Irine Akinyi Ochieng, of P.O. Box 11, Kadongo in the Republic of Kenya, and whereas the land title deed in respect of the said piece of land is lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of the said instrument LRA 39 and LRA 42 and issue a land title deed to the said Irine Akinyi Ochieng, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Simeon Mingeyi Gondi (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
